Kyle has two decades' experience in financial services, where he served in multiple executive roles as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to founding Horizons, he was a part of a national consulting firm as a collections, risk management, and leadership consultant to credit unions throughout the United States.
Kyle's first management position was leading a collections department, and he has always insisted on keeping collections under his management scope, having never lost passion for the complex and impactful world of collections.

Kristy has 12 years experience in credit unions, much of which was spent working as a part of Kyle's management team. Kristy played a crucial role in implementing, improving, and carrying the collection strategy upon which Horizons is built.
